Agreement between user and The Gift, LLC™
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement (“Agreement”) between you and The Gift, LLC (“The Gift”) regarding your use of the information, software, products, and services contained in or available through the The Gift website. TheGift.org website is comprised of various web pages operated by The Gift. The Gift.org website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and privacy policy contained herein. Your use of The Gift.org website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
TheGift.org offers a platform for spiritual self study. TheGift.org is updated periodically and content may shift from time to time. While the intention of TheGift.org is to be helpful to your life in every way, TheGift.org is not responsible for any loss, liability, or damage related to your use of TheGift.org. Fees and Renewals
From time to time, we may offer different subscription terms, and the membership fees for such subscriptions may vary. The membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below.
UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU) TO COLLECT THE THEN APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEES, USING ANY VALID PAYMENT SOURCE WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Refund Policy
No refund of any amount paid shall be granted under any of the following circumstances: 1) the accurate conversion of a free trial to a paid service; 2) the accurate collection of any fee for any active membership or other subscription service; or 3) the accurate collection of fees or other payment for any other product or service.
Termination/Cancellation Options
You may cancel your subscription at any time by simply going to your profile page and clicking on the “cancel” button. If you fail to provide an on-time full-subscription payment, The Gift reserves the right to cancel your account.
Modification of these terms of use
The Gift reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which The Gift.org website operates.
Liability Disclaimer
THE GIFT,LLC MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THEGIFT.ORG WEBSITE AT ANY TIME. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE GIFT, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. Termination/access restriction
The Gift reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to The Gift.org website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

By creating an account, you agree that you may periodically receive communications from The Gift. You also understand that you can remove yourself from these communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Gift with respect to The Gift.org website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Gift with respect to The Gift.org website. You may not assign or otherwise transfer the Terms and Conditions, or any right granted hereunder, without The Gift’s written consent. The Gift’s rights under the Terms and Conditions are freely transferable by The Gift. Any failure by The Gift to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms and Conditions, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.
